- 4) GAME INSTRUCTIONS
- ====================
-
- Starting the Game
- -----------------
- Once you are connected to the Internet, double click on the Worbble icon.
- The first time you play, you must enter your Worbble account information.
- You may also set an optional password. This is meant as a precaution to
- prevent unauthorized family members or roommates from using your account
- to play Worbble.
-
- You will be presented with any system messages or bulletins. After reading
- them press OK to continue.
-
- Bank Screen
- -----------
- In the Bank Screen, the balance of your Worbble bank account is shown. If
- you have tokens in your account, you can use one to play a game by first
- selecting the token. A token will spin once it is selected. Then, just
- press the "OK" button to play the next game.
-
- If you do not have any tokens, you may press the "SAMPLE GAME" button to
- play without paying. Any correct words that you guess will earn you
- "coupons" which can be redeemed for real tokens. (50 coupons = 1 token)
-
- Game Screen
- -----------
- Once you are in the Game Screen, a count-down clock will show you how much
- time remains until the next game. As it counts down in 5 second increments,
- it will warn you audibly 10 seconds before the game begins, and again as
- the game begins.
-
- When the game starts, four letters will immediately appear on the game board.
- One of these letters will be green - the green letter MUST be used in all
- word submissions. You can start sending words as soon and as fast as you
- can! The remaining five letters will appear at regular intervals once the
- game has begun.
-
- When the game is over, you will be prompted to quit or to play the next
- game in the series or return to the bank screen.
-
